How did co-founding Kosli happen?
Kosli came about because my kids play football with Mike’s kids. That’s how we initially met and we soon realized we had very different skills and experiences that would combine well together in a startup.

With so many other projects you could be focusing on, why choose Kosli?
I’ve been following my own path for a long time as a successful entrepreneur, but I took on Kosli because this is a really tough nut to crack. We’re solving quite a niche problem, but at the same time we can see it everywhere and our solution is really scalable.

Being in a startup must feel like your natural habitat?
I think it’s brilliant. I love doing this. Kosli is such a great opportunity to build something special from the ground up. It’s also a chance to work with exceptionally bright people who are really good at their jobs.

You’ve been living in Norway for over 20 years now. You must like it over here?
I really enjoy living here for lots of reasons. Norway is a very progressive country and there’s a lot of innovation taking place here. The most important thing for me is that this is a great place to bring up a family – I think that’s the biggest reason why I enjoy it so much.
