Who is Tore Martin Hagen?
I’m Tore, I live in Asker, and I have 25 years of experience working with embedded software. I’ve had roles in development, architecture and DevOps and have been a team lead, scrum master, and product owner. In that time I have worked for large companies like Ericsson, Schlumerger, and Tomra.

What made you decide to come and work for Kosli?
I did some good work with Mike at Schlumberger some years ago and I miss that. I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to work with him again. It’s also a good time in my career to try something different. Building something completely new in a startup seems like a really interesting challenge.

Kosli is based in Norway, but you’re actually our first Norwegian employee!
Yes, so I believe! I have not traveled the world. I grew up in Asker. All my jobs have been in Asker. My wife is from Asker. I even built my house in the garden where I grew up.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I never leave Asker because there’s so much to do! I like ice hockey, cross-country and alpine skiing, snowboarding, golf, running, bicycling, basketball, and paragliding. And if I can’t do something exciting outside I can cook something exciting inside.
